Will my cat even like this?
Ever have your kitty grab your spot as soon as you get off the chair or couch? Cats love the warmth. We built the La-z-Cat for our resident kitty who has been loving our first prototype for the last 6 months.
Is it safe?
We built La-z-Cat with our resident cat and many foster kittens in our hearts. The tree has multiple levels of safety. The heating pads are set to heat to only mild temperatures, the heating elements cycle every 15 minutes to prevent overheating and there is a temperature sensor with a cutoff to ensure that your kitty never gets in the way of any harm.
Is it smart?
While cats are great at many things, they still haven't mastered the skill of using apps. Our team is working hard on the technology to help cats use smartphones before we start working on a smart version of the cat tree.
Can I turning the heating functionality off?
Yes, if you just like the look of our cat trees but don't want the heating functionality, you can turn heating off with the power button or just leave the tree unplugged.
When do you start shipping?
We're in the final stages of testing and quality control before we go into production. We expect to start shipping within the United States this holiday season.
